Confocal microscope
Description:
Confocal microscope C2+ (Nikon) enables the analysis of materials both in white light and with use of fluorescent dyes, i.e. DAPI or Live/Dead. It may be used for analysing both bacteria and plant or animal materials. The use of laser enables spatial analysis of the tested sample. The apparatus is equipped with a very precise head and a Galvano scanner operating at the rate of 100 fps (zoom 8x), which enables to capture even very quick movement within the analysed samples.
